Brownies

These chocolate and walnut brownies are made with added cocoa and vanilla for flavor. Soft and delicious, they come out just perfect and moist from the oven. Iced with some chocolate, I love to serve these with vanilla ice cream on top!
Ingredients
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  White sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Vanilla 2 Tablespoon
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Put in bowl in order given.
Beat until smooth.
Grease a 9x13 inch pan and turn in batter.
Bake at 350°F for 20 to 30 minutes.
If using a glass pan, bake at 325°F for 30 minutes.
Icing: Melt chocolate in double boiler.
Add other ingredients.
Mix well.
Remove from heat and cool before spreading on brownies.
