Rocky Road Brownies
|Unsweetened chocolate square||2 Ounce|
|Margarine/Butter||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Grease bottom only of square baking dish, 8x8 x 2 inches.
Microwave chocolate and margarine uncovered in 2 1/2 quart casserole or bowl until chocolate is softened, 1 1/2 to 2 minutes.
Stir until smooth.
Mix in sugar, eggs and vanilla.
Stir in flour, salt and baking powder.
Spread evenly in baking dish.
Microwave uncovered 3 minutes; turn dish one-quarter turn.
Microwave until no longer doughy, 2 to 3 minutes.
Cool; frost with Rocky Road Frosting.
Refrigerate to set frosting, about 30 minutes.
Cut into about 2 inch squares.
