Big Batch Brownies
|Unsweetened chocolate||8 Ounce|
|Butter/Margarine||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), softened|
|Packed brown sugar||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Walnuts||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped|
Melt the chocolate and butter or margarine in a small saucepan.
In the Bosch bowl, thoroughly mix vanilla, eggs, brown sugar, and salt.
Add melted chocolate mixture, and mix again.
Add flour and nuts.
Mix once more.
Pour into two 11 x 17 inch lightly greased baking pans.
Spread evenly, and bake in a 350°F.
Oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
Do not over bake.
Cool, and cut into squares.
