5 Tablespoon (chocolate flavor works best)
1. Mix 1 scoop Protein powder and 2-3 tablespoons of water.
2. Pop into the microwave for 15 seconds.
3. Add 15 grams of peanut butter into the middle of the bowl and let it just melt over the brownie mixture.
4. Serve as a quick, healthy protein snack.
