Moist Chocolate Brownies

Step by step demonstration of making delicious moist chocolate brownies.
Ingredients
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce
  Unsalted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 4 Medium
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Pure vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Unbleached flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Pre heat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit.
2.Grease two brownie pans with butter and line it with buttered parchment paper.

MAKING
3.In a double boiler, melt chocolate and blend in butter.
4.Take the melted chocolate off the heat and add in the salt, sugar and mix in well with a wooden spoon.
5.Crack open two eggs in it and mix them in. Once mixed in, add the remaining two eggs and stir well to have everything mixed together.
6.Next mix in the vanilla extract.
7.Add the flour and fold it in gently.
8.Pour in the batter about half of it in each pan.
9.Bake for 35 minutes.
10.Flip over on a drying rack and peel off the parchment paper and let it cool.

SERVING
11.Cut into squares and serve.
