why do u have Vegetable Oil - 1/3 cup two times ??

Hi Crystal, the first time you add the oil to blend the cocoa so that it resembles melted chocolate. The second time you add oil instead of butter. It is essential you add the ingredients in this sequence to get the fudge moist texture. Hope you try the recipe and like it!
