Chocolate Brownie Pie
|Unsweetened chocolate||2 Ounce|
|Sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dark corn syrup||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Pecan halves||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Unbaked pie shell||1|
Melt chocolate and butter together over hot water.
Beat eggs thoroughly.
Beat in sugar, chocolate mixture and corn syrup.
Stir in pecan halves.
Pour mixture into pastry lined pie dish.
Bake in a moderate oven (375° F) 40 to 50 minutes, just until pie is set.
Makes one 9-inch pie.
