Ingredients
  Bittersweet chocolate/Semisweet chocolate 1⁄4 Pound
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
For icing
  Bittersweet chocolate/Semisweet chocolate 2 Ounce
  Icing sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted
  Butter 3 Tablespoon, softened
  Vanilla 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In 2-cup (500 mL) measure, microwave chocolate with butter at Medium (50%) for 3 to 4 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
Stir and let cool slightly.
In bowl, beat sugar with eggs; blend in cooled chocolate mixture and vanilla.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt; blend into chocolate mixture.
Stir in walnuts.
Spread in ungreased 8-inch (2 L) square baking dish; shield corners with foil.
Microwave at High for 4-1/2 to 5 minutes or until top is no longer sticky and tester inserted in center comes out clean, rotating dish once.
Let stand on countertop for 10 minutes.
Set on rack and let cool completely.
Icing: In small bowl, microwave chocolate at Medium-High (70%) for 2 minutes or until melted, stirring once.
Let cool slightly.
Gradually beat icing sugar into butter; beat in chocolate until well blended.
Stir in vanilla.
Spread over brownies.
Cut into squares.
