Chocolate Cherry Brownie Cups

Ingredients
  Butter 1 Cup (16 tbs) (No Substitutes)
  Semi sweet chocolate square 4 Ounce (Four 1 Ounce Each Pieces)
  Eggs 4
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped walnuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Chopped maraschino cherries 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
Directions

In a microwave or double boiler, melt butter and chocolate; cool for 10 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat eggs and sugar.
Add vanilla and the chocolate mixture.
Stir in flour, walnuts and cherries.
Fill paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full.
Bake at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.
