  Non stick vegetable oil cooking spray 1
  Canola oil 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Packed light brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 Large
  Unsweetened applesauce 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pure vanilla extract 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Unsweetened cocoa powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Baking powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Semisweet chocolate chips 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Mini marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped peanuts 3 Tablespoon

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Lightly coat 8 X 8 x 2-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In medium bowl, whisk together oil, both sugars, egg, applesauce, and vanilla, until blended. Whisk in cocoa powder until blended. Stir in flour, salt, and baking powder, until combined. Scrape into prepared pan.
3. Bake in 375° oven for 20 minutes. Remove pan from oven and sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips, then marshmallows and peanuts. Return to oven and bake until marshmallows are lightly golden, and small knife inserted in center of brownie comes out clean, another 5 to 8 minutes. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into 12 brownies.
