|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , slightly beaten|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Sifted all purpose flour||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweetened cocoa mix||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Instant One)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Lightly grease 8" square baking dish.
In a medium bowl, beat butter or margarine on HIGH 1 minute or until melted.
Stir in sugar.
Cool to room temperature.
Stir in eggs and vanilla until blended.
Sift together flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, instant cocoa mix and baking powder.
Stir into sugar mixture until blended.
Stir in nuts.
Pour into prepared dish.
Cover with waxed paper.
Rotate dish every 1 to 1 1/2 minutes.
Cook on HIGH 4 1/2 &-6 minutes.
Cool on rack before cutting.
