Fudge Brownie Pie

Ingredients
  Unbaked 9 inch pie shell 1
  Unsweetened bakers chocolate square 3
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Salt 1 Dash
  Light corn syrup 3 Tablespoon
  Milk 3 Tablespoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prick pie shell thoroughly with fork.
Bake at 425° about 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Remove from oven; reduce oven temperature to 350°.
Meanwhile, melt chocolate with butter in saucepan over very low heat, stirring constantly until smooth; cool slightly.
Beat eggs well.
Add sugar, salt, corn syrup, milk and vanilla.
Beat in chocolate; then pour into partially baked pie shell.
Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes, or until top puffs and begins to crack.
Cool.
(Center of pie will fall slightly.) Just before serving, fill center with sweetened whipped cream, if desired.
