Carob Nut Brownies

Ingredients
  Butter/Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Carob powder 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Whole wheat flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk powder 2 Tablespoon (Use 3 1/2 Tablespoon If Instant Type)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Sunflower seeds 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Roasted peanuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Cream the butter (or oil) and honey; beat in the eggs, salt, and vanilla.
Stir together the carob powder, whole wheat flour, milk powder, and baking powder; blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the sunflower seeds and peanuts. Turn into an oiled baking pan; bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
