Carob Nut Brownies
|Butter/Oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Honey||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Carob powder||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Whole wheat flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Milk powder||2 Tablespoon (Use 3 1/2 Tablespoon If Instant Type)|
|Baking powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Sunflower seeds||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Roasted peanuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped|
Cream the butter (or oil) and honey; beat in the eggs, salt, and vanilla.
Stir together the carob powder, whole wheat flour, milk powder, and baking powder; blend into the creamed mixture.
Stir in the sunflower seeds and peanuts. Turn into an oiled baking pan; bake at 325°F for 20 to 25 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
