Triple Chocolate Brownies
|Flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa powder||6 Tablespoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Butter||6 Ounce, softened (1 1/4 Sticks)|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|White baking chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Semi-sweet chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8-inch square pan. In a small bowl, stir together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
2. In a large bowl, beat butter with an electric mixer on medium speed until creamy. Gradually beat in sugar until flurry. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla.
3. Add flour mixture and beat on low speed until batter is smooth, scraping down side of bowl frequently with a rubber spatula. Stir in white and semisweet chocolate chips. Turn batter into prepared pan, leveling surface.
4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out with a few moist crumbs clinging to it. Remove to a rack. Let cool completely in pan before cutting into 20 bars.
