Candy Topped Brownies

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄4 Tablespoon
Directions

Microwave 1/2 cup butter 30 seconds to melt.
Blend in 1/2 cup brown sugar, flour and salt until crumbly.
Press into an 8-inch square dish.
Microwave 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, turning dish twice.
Top with Topping.
