Low Carb Black Bean Brownie

A Delicious Low/Slow Carb Dessert Suitable for Phase 1 of South Beach, Gluten-Free and Flourless
Ingredients
  Can black beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed
  Eggs 4
  Splenda 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cocoa powder 3 Tablespoon
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vanilla extract 1 Tablespoon
  Dry nonfat milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking soda 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ricotta cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
Directions

Pre-Heat over to 350
Combine 2 Eggs and Beans in a blender till Smooth
In a mixing Bowl, Combine all other ingredients with Egg and Bean Mixture
Pour in to a lightly greased 8x8 Baking Dish
and Bake 30-40 Minutes (until a toothpick stuck in middle comes out clean)
Let cool, and Cover and Refridgerate left-overs
