|Carob powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Baking powder||2 Teaspoon|
|Soy flour||2 Tablespoon, sifted|
|Raw wheat germ||2 Tablespoon|
|Whole wheat pastry flour||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Chopped nuts||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In a small pan over medium heat, melt margarine.
Remove from heat and stir in honey, carob powder, and salt.
In a large mixing bowl, beat eggs well.
Stir in baking powder, soy flour, and wheat germ.
Add carob mixture and beat well.
Stir in flour and vanilla.
Stir in nuts.
Pour mixture into a well-greased 10 x 14-inch cake pan.
Bake about 40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
