Quick Fudge Frosting For Brownies
|Cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (unsweetened)|
|Powdered sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Melt butter; remove from heat and add cocoa, stirring until smooth.
Mix in sugar, 2 tablespoons milk and vanilla.
Beat until thick, adding remaining milk, a little at a time, as needed.
Beat until thick enough to spread.
Frost brownies or single layer cake.
Double recipe for a larger cake.
Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired.
