Easy Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 12 Ounce (1 Package)
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Biscuit baking mix 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Canned milk 14 Ounce (Not Evaporated Milk, 1Can)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Confectioners sugar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Preheat oven to 350°.
In large saucepan, over low heat, melt 1 cup chips with margarine; remove from heat.
Stir in biscuit mix, sweetened condensed milk, egg and vanilla.
Stir in nuts and remaining 1 cup chips.
Turn into well-greased 13x9-inch baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brownies begin to pull away from side of pan (do not overbake).
Cool.
Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
Cut into squares.
Store tightly covered at room temperature.
