Fudge Brownies With Walnuts

  Baking chocolate 4 Ounce (unsweetened)
  Butter/Margarine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Eggs 3
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped

1. Heat oven to 350° (325° if using a glass baking dish). Grease a 9- x 13-inch baking dish or pan. Melt chocolate and butter together in a pan or in the microwave (2 minutes on high), stirring until smooth and chocolate is just melted.
2. Stir sugar into chocolate until thoroughly mixed in. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Stir in the flour and nuts until combined. Transfer to prepared pan.
3. Bake 30 to 35 minutes, until a tooth-pick inserted in the middle comes out with fudgy crumbs. Cool in pan before transferring to a cutting board and cutting into squares. Remove the brownies from the pan either by dumping and flipping, or by halving the batch and lifting each half out with a spatula. You'll get much cleaner squares by cutting on a board, rather than in a pan, and it won't ruin your knives.
