Mocha Dark Chocolate Chuck Brownies

|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Butter||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Instant coffee granules||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 Large, lightly beaten|
|Egg white||1 Large, lightly beaten|
|All purpose flour||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Dark chocolate bar||1 1⁄2 Ounce, chopped (1/2 Of 3 Ounce, Such As Ghirardelli)|
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Coat bottom of an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
3. Combine sugar and next 8 ingredients in a bowl.
4. Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups; level with a knife. Add flour and dark chocolate to cocoa mixture, stirring just until blended. Spread batter in prepared pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
