Nutty Brownies

Ingredients
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Shortening 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Unsweetened chocolate square 2 Ounce, melted and cooled
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped walnuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chocolate frosting 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Cream sugar, shortening, and eggs.
Stir in chocolate and vanilla.
Mix dry ingredients; stir into sugar mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Bake in greased 9x9x2-inch baking pan at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool; frost with Chocolate Frosting.Chocolate Frosting: Heat one 1-ounce square unsweetened chocolate and 1 tablespoon butter till melted; stir constantly.
Add 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 2 tablespoons water, and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Beat till spreadable.
