|Fine chocolate wafer crumbs||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (About 25 Cookies, Processed In Blender / Food Processor)|
|Melted margarine||3 Tablespoon|
|Light ricotta cheese||30 Ounce (4 Cups, Sargento)|
|Packed light brown sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
Lightly grease sides of 8 or 9-inch spring form pan.
Combine crust ingredients; mix well.
Press evenly over bottom of pan.
Chill while preparing filling.
In bowl of electric mixer, combine Ricotta cheese, brown sugar, cocoa, half-and-half, flour, vanilla
