Ingredients
For crust
  Fine chocolate wafer crumbs 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs) (About 25 Cookies, Processed In Blender / Food Processor)
  Melted margarine 3 Tablespoon
For filling
  Light ricotta cheese 30 Ounce (4 Cups, Sargento)
  Packed light brown sugar 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
Directions

Lightly grease sides of 8 or 9-inch spring form pan.
Combine crust ingredients; mix well.
Press evenly over bottom of pan.
Chill while preparing filling.
In bowl of electric mixer, combine Ricotta cheese, brown sugar, cocoa, half-and-half, flour, vanilla
