|Chopped walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sifted powdered sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Beat together eggs, granulated sugar, and vanilla.
Add syrup; mix well.
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat; remove from heat.
Blend in egg mixture.
Stir together flour, baking powder, and 1/4 teaspoon salt; stir into chocolate mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350°for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool; dust with powdered sugar.
