Cocoa Brownie Drops
|Reduced-calorie margarine||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), softened|
|Sugar||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Firmly packed brown sugar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Frozen egg substitute||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), thawed|
|All purpose flour||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)|
|Baking soda||1 Teaspoon|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Miniature chocolate chips||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
Beat softened margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy; gradually add sugars, beating well.
Add egg substitute, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition.
Combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa.
Add to margarine mixture, stirring just until blended.
Stir in miniature chocolate chips.
Drop cookie dough by level tablespoonfuls, 2 inches apart, onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake at 375° for 6 minutes.
Remove from cookie sheets, and let cool on wire racks.
