Combine chocolate and butter in medium glass mixing bowl.
Microwave on medium for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until melted.
Stir in sugar; beat in eggs.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Spread batter into 2-quart glass baking dish.
Microwave on low for 7 minutes.
Microwave on high for 3 to 4 minutes or until puffed and dry on top.
Cool until set; cut into bars.
