Chocolate Almond Brownies

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Granulated sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Brown sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Eggs 3 , beaten
  Rum 1 Tablespoon
  Heavy cream 4 Tablespoon
  All purpose flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 Teaspoon
  Egg white 1 , beaten
  Slivered almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Grease plastic mold and set aside.
Place butter in glass bowl and microwave 1 minute uncovered or until melted.
Pour butter in large mixing bowl.
Incorporate both sugars using electric hand beater.
Add beaten whole eggs, rum and cream; continue beating until well combined.
Sift dry ingredients into bowl; incorporate very well.
Using spatula fold in egg white and almonds.
Pour batter into plastic mold and rap bottom on counter to settle mixture.
Microwave 4 1/2 minutes uncovered.
Rotate twice.
Remove from microwave and set aside to cool before serving.
