Heavenly Hash Brownies
|Butter/Margarine||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsweetened cocoa||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Granulated sugar||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Chopped walnuts/Pecans||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Cocoa icing||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Creamy)|
|Miniature marshmallows package||10 Ounce (1 Package)|
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Grease a 13 X 9-inch pan.
Melt butter in 2-quart saucepan; stir in cocoa.
Remove from heat; beat in eggs and granulated sugar.
Blend in flour, nuts and vanilla.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until center feels dry.
Do not overbake.
Meanwhile, prepare Creamy Cocoa Icing.
Remove brownies from oven.
Immediately sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies.
Pour hot icing evenly over marshmallows.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
