Pecan Brownies

Ingredients
  Butter/Part shortening and part butter 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking unsweetened chocolate 2 Ounce
  Semi-sweet baking chocolate 2 Ounce
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Sifted flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Eggs 4
  Vanilla 2 Teaspoon
  Pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
Directions

Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
Add sugar and then eggs, beaten in 1 at a time.
Add flour; then add vanilla and pecans.
Bake in a greased 8xl2-inch pan at 350° for 40 minutes.
While brownies are still warm, ice with a chocolate-powdered sugar icing.
Brownies may also be iced with a can of Swel chocolate icing, substituting hot coffee for water and adding 1 tablespoon butter.
