Fast And Easy Brownies

Ingredients
  Baking chocolate 1 Ounce
  Vegetable oil 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Granulated sugar replacement 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2 Small
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  Cake flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (sifted)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In top of double boiler, melt chocolate with oil.
Remove from heat and beat in sugar replacement, eggs and vanilla extract.
Stir in flour, baking powder and salt until well blended.
Pour batter into well greased 8 in. (20 cm) sq. pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cut into 2 in. (5 cm) squares.
