Blonde Brownies

Ingredients
  Brown sugar 16 Ounce (1 Box)
  Eggs 4
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nuts 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs), chopped (Pecans Or Walnuts)
Directions

Place sugar in top of double boiler.
Add eggs, one at a time, stirring after each addition.
Add vanilla.
Cook until thick.
Remove from heat.
Stir in flour and baking powder which have been sifted together.
Add nuts.
Lightly grease 13x9x2-inch pan, and pour in the batter.
Bake at 325° for 25 minutes.
Do not overbake.
Cut into squares while warm.
Dust with powdered sugar.
They are even more delicious if frozen, as they become chewy.
