Chocolate Mint Brownies

Ingredients
  Flour 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Baking powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Vegetable shortening 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), softened
  Granulated sugar replacement 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fructose 3 Teaspoon
  Eggs 3
  Baking chocolate 2 Ounce, melted
  Mint 1 Teaspoon
  White frosting mix 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs) (No Sugar)
  Green food coloring 1 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chocolate sprinkles 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
Cream shortening, sugar replacement and fructose; beat in eggs, melted chocolate and mint flavoring.
Spread batter in two 8 in. (20 cm) greased pans.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 25 to 30 minutes.
Cool.
Combine no-sugar frosting mix with a few drops of green food coloring and enough hot water to make frosting soft enough to spread.
Spread on brownies; sprinkle tops with chocolate sprinkles.
Cut into 1 x 2 in. (2.5 x 5 cm) bars.
