Butterscotch Chocolate Brownies
|Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Reduced calorie butterscotch pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Reduced calorie chocolate pudding mix||3 3⁄4 Ounce (1 Envelope)|
|Water||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Cake flour||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Baking powder||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine margarine, pudding mixes, eggs, vanilla and water in medium size bowl; beat to blend thoroughly.
Add cake flour and baking powder and continue beating until smooth and creamy.
Pour into greased 8 in. (20 cm) sq. pan.
Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 20 minutes or until done.
Cut into 2 in. (5 cm) squares.
