|Sugar less white cake mix||8 Ounce|
|Granulated brown sugar replacement||2 Teaspoon|
|Mini chocolate chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Peanut butter chips||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Combine cake mix, eggs, brown sugar replacement and water in mixing bowl.
Beat at medium speed until well blended and thickened.
Fold in chips.
Pour batter into two, greased and papered 8 in. (20 cm) pans.
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 12 to 15 minutes or until brownies test done.
Cut into 2 in. (5 cm) squares.
