Black Walnut Brownies
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|All purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking cocoa||2 Tablespoon|
|Chopped black walnuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and oil.
Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
Combine flour, cocoa and salt; add to sugar mixture and mix well.
Stir in walnuts.
Pour into a greased 8-in.square baking pan.
Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until brownies test done with a wooden pick.
Cool on a wire rack.
