Rocky Road Brownies is one of the yummiest brownies I have tasted. This delicious Rocky Road Brownies is sure to get your kids running to the kitchen as soon as you bake it. Once you have had a taste of these brilliant Rocky Road Brownies I am sure you will keep making them!
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Unsweetened cocoa 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  All purpose flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Buttermilk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vanilla 1 Teaspoon
  Miniature marshmallows 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Coarsely chopped walnuts 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Semi sweet chocolate chips 6 Ounce (1 Cup)

Preheat oven to 350°F.
Lightly grease an 8-inch square pan.
Combine butter and cocoa in medium-sized heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth.
Remove from heat; stir in sugar, egg, flour, buttermilk and vanilla.
Mix until smooth.
Spread batter evenly in prepared pan.
Bake 25 minutes or until center feels dry.
(Do not overbake or brownies will be dry.) Remove from oven; sprinkle marshmallows, walnuts and chocolate chips over the top.
Return to oven for 3 to 5 minutes or just until topping is warmed enough to meld together.
Cool in pan on wire rack.
Cut into 2-inch squares.
