|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), melted|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsifted all purpose flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cocoa||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Chopped nuts||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Blend butter, sugar and vanilla in large bowl.
Add eggs; using a wooden spoon, beat well.
Combine flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; gradually blend into egg mixture.
Stir in nuts.
Spread in greased 9-inch square pan.
Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 min- utes or until brownie begins to pull away from edges of pan.
Cut into squares.
