Frosted Fudge Brownies

Frosted Fudge Brownies is easy to make and loved by many across the world. Frosted Fudge Brownies gets its taste from chocolate mixed with eggs and flour flavored with vanilla extracts.
Ingredients
  Shortening 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Unsweetened chocolate 4 Ounce (4 squares, 1 ounce each)
  Sugar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Eggs 4 , beaten
  Vanilla extract 1 Teaspoon
  All purpose flour 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped pecans 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Combine shortening and chocolate in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cook until chocolate melts.
Add sugar, stirring well.
Add eggs and vanilla; stir well.
Stir in flour and salt, and mix thoroughly.
Remove chocolate mixture from heat, and stir in pecans.
Spread batter into a well greased 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan.
Bake at 400° for 20 minutes.
Cool; spread with frosting.
Cut into squares.
Store in refrigerator.
