|Carob powder||1 Cup (16 tbs), sifted|
|Oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Honey||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Peanut butter||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Rye flour||5 Tablespoon|
|Walnuts||1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped|
|Pure vanilla||2 Teaspoon|
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Oil a 9 by 9 by 2 inch pan.
In a small bowl, combine carob powder, oil and honey.
In large mixing bowl, beat eggs until light.
Beat into carob mixture.
Stir in peanut flour, rye flour and mix well.
Add nuts and vanilla.
Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes or just until surface is firm to the touch.
Remove from oven and cool about ten minutes.
Cut into squares.
