|Unsweetened cocoa powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baking powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Unsalted butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Vanilla extract||1 Teaspoon|
|White chocolate chips||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 350Â°F.
Butter 8 x 8 x 2 inch glass baking dish.
Sift first 4 ingredients into small bowl.
Beat sugar, butter, eggs and vanilla together in medium bowl.
Mix in dry ingredients.
Mix in chips.
Spread batter in prepared dish.
Bake until tester inserted into center comes out with moist crumbs still attached, about 25 minutes.
Cut into 2 inch squares.
