How To Make Frankenstein Brownies for Halloween

Celebrate Halloween this year with some adorable Frankenstein brownies a.k.a. Frankenbrownies!

Ingredients

For the candy eyes:
M&m 32 ((brown))
White chocolate 2 Ounce , melted ((in a ziplock/piping bag with the end snipped off))
For the brownies:
Brownies 9 , cut into 16 rectangles ((1 batch))
White frosting/Red icing 3/4 Cup (12 tbs)
Green food color 1 ((I used both, neon green and regular green))
M&m 64 ((32 brown, 32 other colours))
Chocolate jimmies 1/4 Cup (4 tbs)
Bittersweet chocolate 2 Ounce , melted ((in a ziplock/piping bag with the end snipped off))
Red decorating gel/Red icing 1

Directions

GETTING READY:

Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

 

MAKING:

For the eyes, pipe 32 small dollops of white chocolate on baking tray and place brown m&m’s in between as shown in the video.

Pop into freezer for 5-10 minutes until chocolate hardens.

To decorate, dye the icing with green shade (as desired).

Spread the icing over brownies and allow to firm.

Place the prepared candy eyes as shown in the video.

Sprinkle jimmies, draw mouth and decorate as shown in the video.
