Butter | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) , melted and cooled | |
Granulated sugar | 1 Cup (16 tbs) | |
Vanilla essence | 1 Teaspoon | |
Eggs | 2 | |
Unsweetened cocoa | 1/3 Cup (5.33 tbs) | |
Salt | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Baking powder | 1/4 Teaspoon | |
Flour | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) | |
Orange rind | 2 Tablespoon (1 | |
Chopped pistachio/Chopped walnut | 1/2 Cup (8 tbs) |
MAKING
Blend butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift flour, baking powder and cocoa separately. Add to wet mixture.
Add vanilla essence and orange rind. Add nuts.
Bake in a 325 - 350 oven for 20 - 25 mins.
SERVING
When cool, spread the ganache over the brownie. Cut into squares.
