Brown Beef Broth Or Bouillon

Ingredients
  Beef bones/2 pounds beef about 1/3 should be bones 2 Pound, pounded
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
  Water 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Whole black peppercorns 4
  Carrots 2 , quartered
  Onions 2 , quartered
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Brown meat on all sides in a large skillet.
Place meat in the slow cooker.
Add some of the water to the skillet and stir to pick up the browned bits.
Add to the meat along with remaining water, vegetables, and salt.
Cover and cook on low about 10 hours.
Strain broth before using in soups or other recipes.
