Broth is a delicious recipe that is simply easy-to-prepare. Once you have this recipe, I am sure you will always crave for it.
|Cut up broiler fryer chicken||1|
|Onion||1 , sliced|
|Sliced carrots||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Celery stalks with leaves||2|
|Parsley flakes||1 Tablespoon|
|Marjoram||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Thyme||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled|
|Water||5 Cup (80 tbs)|
Heat ingredients to boiling, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken and bone it.
Strain and discard vegetables.
