Broth is a delicious recipe that is simply easy-to-prepare. Once you have this recipe, I am sure you will always crave for it.
Ingredients
  Cut up broiler fryer chicken 1
  Onion 1 , sliced
  Sliced carrots 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Celery stalks with leaves 2
  Peppercorns 6
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Parsley flakes 1 Tablespoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Thyme 1⁄4 Teaspoon, crumbled
  Water 5 Cup (80 tbs)
Directions

Heat ingredients to boiling, reduce heat and cover.
Simmer 1 hour.
Remove chicken and bone it.
Cube meat.
Strain and discard vegetables.
