Rice With Chicken Broth
|Chicken broth||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|White rice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Onion||1 , finely minced|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Place chicken broth in cooker and bring to a boil.
Add the rice and onion.
Close cover on cooker and place pressure control on it.
When pressure is reached and control rocking gently, remove cooker from heat.
Allow to cool naturally.
After opening cooker, add saffron and butter to rice.
Serve at once.
