Ingredients
  White onion 1
  Celery pieces 2 (Not Whole Stalk)
  Butter 1⁄2 Pound
  Flour 2 Ounce
  Water 1⁄2 Gallon
  Bay leaves 2
  Oysters 1⁄2 Gallon
  Parsley 1 Tablespoon (To Garnish)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

GETTING READY
1.Cut onions and celery into small pieces.

MAKING
2.In a pan, heat butter and stir in onion and celery.
3.Before they get brown, put flour, water, bay leaves and oysters in the pan and allow the ingredients to boil.
4.Allow the ingredients to cook for 10 minutes and then put salt and pepper as per the taste.
Drain.

SERVING
5.Serve the broth hot in bowls garnished with parsley
