Fresh Mushroom And Spinach Broth

Ingredients
  Frozen spinach 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Fresh mushrooms 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Chicken drippings 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Stock 1 Pint (600 Milliliter)
  Salt To Taste
  Mono sodium glutamate To Taste
Directions

Defrost the spinach.
Wipe and cut the mushrooms into slices.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken dripping in a saucepan and gently fry the mushrooms for 1 minute.
Add the stock and bring to the boil.
Boil for 1 minute, and then add the spinach and boil for another minute.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
