Fresh Mushroom and Spinach Broth
|Frozen spinach||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Fresh mushrooms||2 Ounce (60 Gram)|
|Chicken drippings||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Stock||1 Pint (600 Milliliter)|
|Mono sodium glutamate||To Taste|
Defrost the spinach.
Wipe and cut the mushrooms into slices.
Heat 1 1/2 tablespoons of chicken dripping in a saucepan and gently fry the mushrooms for 1 minute.
Add the stock and bring to the boil.
Boil for 1 minute, and then add the spinach and boil for another minute.
Adjust the seasoning and serve.
