Herb Ed Tomato Broth
|Condensed beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Tomato juice||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried marjoram leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Dried thyme leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Snipped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Combine beef broth, tomato juice, 3/4 cup water, marjoram, and thyme.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes.
Ladle into bowls.
Garnish with parsley.
