  Tomato juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Clear beef broth/Chicken broth 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (adjust quantity as needed)
  Cooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
2. Bring to boil.
