Beef Broth With Horseradish And Dill Leaves
|Canned beef broth||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Prepared horseradish||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried dill leaves||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cucumber strips||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
In saucepan, combine soup, water, horseradish, and dill.
Simmer a few minutes.
Pour into cups or mugs and top each serving with dab of sour cream.
Use cucumber strips as crisp stirrers.
